Please contact us through the site of contact. E-mails will be answered as quickly as possible. If you want to return a product, please find the section “deadline of regret” and “right of complaint” furtherdown the site.
The delivery will take place within 3-5 weekdays after you receive the order confirmation. Unless something ells is stated, our products are always in stock. We make certain reservations for printing errors, price change, sold-out products or failure in delivery. Would you like to cancel your order, please contact Heimaey as soon as possible.
Payment is possible with VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and MobilePay. All the prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT. Payment will not be drawn from your account before the package is posted.
Heimaey uses PostNord for posting orders. We are posting to all addresses all over the world. Every order is posted as a package. The packages can be traced by the website of PostNord. The price of delivery an addresses in Denmark is DKK 50 and DKK 100 for delivery to a foreign country.
Right of cancellation
According to the consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days of right of cancellation. The deadline counts from when you receive the order or at the first delivery. You must inform Heimaey about the cancellation before the right of cancellation expires. You will have to pay any costs in relation to the returning of the order. Condition for regret of the agreement: You must return the package in the same shape and quantity you received it and in defensible packaging. The right of cancellation does no longer apply if you use the product as it is regarded as a degradation of the sales value. Please contact Heimaey before returning the order.
Right of complaint
As a consumer you have 2 years of right of complaint. The products of Heimaey are of a very high quality, but if the product does not meet your expectations, please inform us before returning the order. If the product has been used in any way, the right of complaint may no longer apply. In case you complain 7-24 months after the delivery of your order, you must prove that the defect was present at the time you bought the product. Please contact Heimaey before returning the order.
Politics of personal data
In order to enter into an agreement with us we need following information: Name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We register your personal information only with the purpose of delivery.
When collecting personal information through our website we always make sure this only takes place with your definite approval. This way, you will always know which information we collect and why. The owner of Heimaey has access to the information you register. The information system manager on Heimaey.dk is Solveig Wærness.
Information submitted on Heimaey.dk will not be passed on and we will not register any personal information. As registered in Heimaey you always have right to object to the registration. Furthermore, you have the right to know which information we have registered about you. These rights are written in the personal data protection act and if you have any requests about this, please contact Heimaey on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale to occupation
There is no right of cancellation for business owners and the right of complaint is limited to 1 year.
